Credits are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Credit requests must be made within 10 days of a suspected outage.
Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of web site unavailability.
Credits for web site unavailability will not be applied for scheduled maintenence, the behavior or performance of your software applications, or circumstances beyond LocalNet's control.
Credits may not exceed the monthly service charge for the month during which the outage occured.
Credits limited to those accounts which are in good financial standing.
